Jaime Shae Rasmussen

Growing up, I struggled with poor eating habits, being overweight, and the challenges of a family history of obesity. At 14, I was 5'2" and weighed 180 pounds, feeling trapped in a cycle I couldn’t break.

I started with home workout DVDs because I was terrified of stepping foot into the gym and embarrassing myself since I had no idea what I was doing.

Once I finally found the courage to go to the gym, it changed my life completely. Lifting weights not only transformed my body but also ignited a passion in me to help others.

Now, I’m dedicated to guiding people on their own journeys, just as the gym helped me reclaim my own life.
